The Middle East is a region of mountains and plateaus. In the Middle East civilizations such as the Sumerians were created. These civilizations helped spread ideas and technology throughout the world. The region of the Middle East has the most conflict because the areas that make up this region are not really under one main control. Also the Middle East's government is mixed in how extreme or mild way of life.
